Terms & Conditions of Use for the gempak9 Platform

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following words carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply to all communications relating to gempak9.

• "Platform" refers to the gempak9 website accessible at https://gempak9.onl and all services offered through it.
• "Player" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a player for the purpose of accessing gempak9 games and services.
• "Transaction" refers to all financial activities including deposits, withdrawals and use of bonuses.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is RM100.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 1 hour after the request is approved.
• Supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or digital wallet registered in the same player's name.
• gempak9 reserves the right to delay withdrawals subject to identity verification and compliance with wagering requirements.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

gempak9 offers a range of bonuses and reward programmes to loyal players. All bonuses are subject to the usage conditions stated below.

The gempak9 welcome bonus offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM200 bonus, bringing your total balance to RM300. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — in this example, RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes within the platform.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified period; expired bonuses will be removed.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• gempak9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there are signs of fraud or abuse.
• The gempak9 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each with different weekly cashback benefits.
• Players who advance in VIP tier enjoy higher cashback rates, from up to 0.2% at Bronze level to up to 0.8% at Diamond level.

6. Game Rules and Result Accuracy

All games on gempak9 are operated by licensed software providers using certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness of game outcomes. gempak9 does not control or manipulate the outcome of any game.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Any technical decisions or system failures during an active game are handled in accordance with the game provider's policy.
• Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error or software malfunction may be voided by gempak9.

• Duplicate registration or use of more than one account.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer service. Valid balances will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures once all conditions are met.

9. Limitation of Liability

gempak9 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of this platform. This includes but is not limited to service disruptions, data loss, financial losses resulting from betting decisions, or technical issues beyond gempak9's control.
